Terms and conditions
Service terms for Med Pulse website and customer workflows.
These terms outline general expectations for use of the Med Pulse website, online inquiry flows, support channels, and service-related communications.
Effective date: August 23, 2026
Use of the website
You may use the website to learn about Med Pulse services, submit support requests, request sales follow-up, and access customer-facing resources. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or submit unlawful content.
Service requests
Submitting a ticket or sales inquiry does not guarantee a specific service outcome or response time unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Med Pulse will review online requests and route them through the appropriate operational path.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, organization, endpoint, and service information when requesting support. Customers must also maintain appropriate internal controls for their users, systems, and regulated data.
Compliance context
Med Pulse provides tools and services intended to support healthcare communication workflows, but customers remain responsible for determining their own legal, regulatory, contractual, and operational requirements.
Pricing and services
Published package information is provided for planning and sales conversations. Final pricing, service scope, setup fees, and implementation details may be confirmed through a written quote, order, statement of work, or customer agreement.
Changes
Med Pulse may update website content, service descriptions, and these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after updates means you accept the revised terms for future website interactions.
Service boundary
Med Pulse provides ancillary monitoring, archive, notification, compliance, email continuity, and advisory services around customer communication workflows. Med Pulse does not provide the underlying fax transmission capability unless separately stated in a signed agreement.
Support and escalation
Support is provided through online ticketing and triage. Production-impacting issues may be eligible for 24/7/365 escalation based on service tier, customer agreement, and operational impact.
Security obligations
Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate users, authorized contacts, internal access controls, endpoint security, and appropriate handling of regulated information. Med Pulse may suspend access or requests that create security, legal, or operational risk.
Business associate terms
Where HIPAA or similar healthcare data obligations apply, business-associate terms must be reviewed and executed through the appropriate customer agreement. Website use alone does not create a Business Associate Agreement.
Online service path
Questions about terms or service scope should be submitted online.
Our team in California, Texas, and New York will route your request to the right account or support contact.
